For this very reason, Saadatia Sweaters designed the factory in such a way that there is a natural flow of air, sufficient natural light, and limited heat. About fifty percent of the area has been used for gardening and vegetation purposes. To ensure proper safety, the Saadatia Sweaters has brought a state-of-the-art fire protection and detection system. There are two underground water reservoirs, among them one containing 77.000 US gallons is only dedicated to fire protection. Saadatia Sweaters has the latest bus-bar trunking system that does not contain any materials that produce corrosive or poisonous gases in the event of a fire. All the fire doors are UL-certified. The HR team continuously trains and ensures that all the basics of safety policies are strictly maintained by each and every person working in the company. The grievance mechanism ensures that safety and health concerns are properly addressed and remediated.
